3 Draft – October 2009 - Version 1.83 Ontario Developmental Services Web Portal History 2004 - Developmental Service Transformation Consultation with families / service providers suggested a single low cost provincial web portal. A Developmental Services Information Services Forum, held in February 2008 brought together representatives from DS Agencies, families and MCSS. The Ontario Developmental Services Web Group is formed. The Web Group developed a draft framework for the provincial web portal. Broader consultation to seek input, validate direction, identify partnerships, further develop plan.
