Objectives GNSSN Workshop, 04–06 July 2011, BMU, Bonn, Germany4 Improvement of the internal cooperation and coverage of national and international activities within projects Cooperation platform (Info Server on the SharePoint-Basis) Sharing and distribution of information Creation of portals and topic sites (important documents) Maintaining and improving knowledge Keep an overview about past and on-going activities Aims: The best possible support of all the members by information which he/she needs for the optimal performance project work Platform for cooperation and document management for bilateral and multilateral projects in the field of nuclear safety and security, waste management, decommissioning etc.

Content of GRS Cooperation Portal GNSSN Workshop, 04–06 July 2011, BMU, Bonn, Germany5 GCP is the Information and Cooperation portal for the GRS and its partners consisting of: Teamsites for selected topics, to work on with external partners Project sites for national and international projects with external partners (example SIP-LC) Sites providing an overview on collaboration with other countries, institutions and organisations Record keeping for completed projects (example RF/TS/47) Main Structure xx-Cooperation Bilaterale EU and EBRD-Kooperation (potentially others like IAEA/EC)

Principles - for development of cooperation and team sites of the Info Server for bilateral and multilateral projects GNSSN Workshop, 04–06 July 2011, BMU, Bonn, Germany15 Ultimate responsibility for the content and quality remains with the respective providers of the information and operators - Project Manager, TPL, TL, Contract Manager, Controlling Agreements on responsibilities, copy rights, access rights necessary Agreements on contents and who should provide which information necessary Continuous efforts (day to day work) by process owners to make the sites available as a source of actual information and for managing of tasks Consideration of requirements for confidentiality, data security on international and national levels
