2 - Montenegro is ecological country since 1991. - It has 741.000 m² of high quality arable land, which is 5,4% of all theritory.

3 Organic farming is a system of sustainable agriculture, largely based on local resources to maintain ecological balance and minimize the negative impact of agriculture on the environment. It also means production in accordance with laws and standards, which are defined with conditions by controlling the entire production cycle of the competent organization for certification. 4 Global market potential The global organic food market grew by 9.7% in 2012 to reach a value of $73.2 billion. In 2016, the global organic food market is forecast to have a value of $102.5 billion, an increase of 52.6% since 2011.
