June 2010,Community Result Setting for Healthy Communities August 2010 held community consultation to get input on the results. November 2010,Community Indicator Selection Session, February 2011, Healthy Communities Turn the Curve Planning Sessions

Healthy communities at the county level Haldimand County strategic priorities Community Vibrancy & Healthy Community Investing in high quality sustainable services that promote the well being of communities and contribute to the betterment of the quality of our natural environment or the health of residents. Norfolk Strategic plan This initiative refers directly to Community Well-Being. Goal A, Assure Determinants of Health are Addressed. Goal B, Enhance Community Access to Services. Goal D, Promote a Healthy and Sustainable Environment.
