6. Audit Requirements students-1 Eligibility (extract from SRS); Signed model agreement (mandatory); Standard form (mandatory); Learning Agreement/Training Agreement; Certificate of arrival, departure or attendance( mandatory - must be independently produced).

7. Audit requirements Students - 2 Transcript; Final report; Proof of receipt – not mandatory but HEI must demonstrate payment successfully made as minimum.
