General eligibility rules Erasmus University Charter (EUC) Inter Institutional Agreement Mobility grants awarded only to students/staff who are: Nationals of a European Union Member State or Member State of the European Economic Area Nationals of a Candidate Country Individuals officially recognised by the United Kingdom as refugees, stateless persons or permanent residents

Participating Countries The countries participating in the Programme in 2008/09 are: European Union Member States*: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK European Economic Area States: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway Candidate Country: Turkey * Includes the following regions: Canary Islands, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Azores, Madeira

Staff Mobility - Teaching and Training Eligibility Grants and allocations Must be receipted Disability Length - 1 week (5 days) to 6 weeks –If less than 1 week, minimum of 5 hours teaching * Shorter periods may be permitted for staff training subject to institutional justification All staff mobility must be completed by 31 July 2009
