Creating a lifelong sporting habit National Planning Policy Framework PPG 17 replaced by NPPF Paragraphs 73 & 74 Paragraph 73 requires planning policies to be based on assessment of needs for local areas. The assessment must be: –Robust and up ‑ to ‑ date –Identify specific needs and quantitative or qualitative deficits or surpluses –Determine what provision is required 3

Clarity on what you need to: –Protect –Enhance –Provide Sound basis for delivery ANOG guide to be released in 2013 10
