Yes, clients need to insure all pre-paid, non- refundable costs associated with their travel arrangements including administration fees If I have a client that is 59 today, but will be 60 at the time of travel, what price should I use for the insurance? 59; age is determined at the time of purchase, not at the time of travel

General Information: Modify Policy Can a client make changes to a policy after purchase? Policies may be modified prior to the original departure date listed on the policy If a policy is modified, clients will not be able to file a claim on the previous policy How do we modify a policy? ezTIPS™: Right click on ezTIPS™ icon by the clock of computer; select Modify Policy; complete information; submit Toolbox: Click on Toolbox; select Modify Your Policy; complete information; submit

General Information: Refunds Can a client get a refund on a policy? Yes, AIG Travel Guard has a Satisfaction Guarantee that allows clients to request a cash refund within 15 days of purchase date Refunds can not be requested after the departure date How do I request a refund on a policy?
