1  As of April 1, 2012 direct deposit is the required method of payroll payment to UGA employees.  All temporary (non-benefit) employees, including students, are exempt but are strongly encouraged to enroll.  Employees may request an exemption using Direct Deposit Personal Exemption Form. Mandatory Direct Deposit

2  As of April 1, 2012 Payroll will no longer print paper pay stubs for employees with direct deposit.  Employees will obtain their deduction information from UGA self-service website. Electronic pay stubs for employees with direct deposit
