Tea Color Separator System For low grown area tea factories (imported system Rs. 15M) Sorting mixed colored tea samples of the final stage of tea processing. Mechanical prototype fabrication procurement process.

Train detection technique development using AFTC for Sri Lanka rail tracks, for rail/road crossings Current locally developed techniques have disadvantages of track separation at the crossings The modern trend in the world is for AFTC This technology is currently used by imported systems from China at the cost around Rs. 10M Prototype test module under construction

High Tech Security System using CCTV for NWSDB As a reliable security measure to selected NWSDB sites Treatment plants Ambatale and Biyagama Also stores and head office Project value Rs. 10M for NWSDB (As pilot project for ACCIMT) Client approval granted for the installation to commence Remote monitoring

Automated model library (ACCIMT) using RF-ID technology Use of RF-ID tagging for the easy management of library process (books and personnel) Gate antenna system and reader unit under purchase, rest units already designed and tested. Tags Sticker Card Reading Desk Gate

Automatic low cost solar light for the Semaphore signal poles of SLR Currently they are not illuminated in a proper automatically operated manner Lower cost is a concern Colonial age poles still used Requirement of SLR, Prototype already submitted

Low cost bell for rail/road crossings of SLR Currently bought units are at a higher cost to SLR Demonstration unit for SLR to get them convinced for rail/road crossings Available technology at ACCIMT

Reservoir level monitoring/logging for remote access Application of already developed and success technology of NWSDB Better water management of CEB reservoirs (specially run over like in Kukuleganga) Proposal prepared

Advanced Hardware Recovery of Locomotive control modules-SLR Continuous engagement for the 5 years Class M9 Locomotives, Class S9 Power Coach Traction control, Main Processor, Driver Display console, IGBT driving, Power modules and protection equipment IGBT driver units recovered for an engine.

Advanced recovery of SCADA systems (NWSDB) Process automation (Water treatment, pumping) plants Recovery (Hardware, Firmware), Modifications, Expanding Currently modifying the SCADA at NWSDB Galle, Hapugala Treatment Plant on adding pumps, source code familiarising.
