24 8. Key Indicator Status Report Purpose: Determine which agencies have reported data for the key indicators during a specific month. Process: Select Reporting Month Format: Excel file showing all jurisdictions (columns) and all Key Indicators (rows). Cells marked with an “X” indicate that data have been entered. 24

Process: Select your organization and a reporting year Formant: Excel file showing the jurisdiction and facilities (rows) and each month of the selected year (columns). Cells marked with an “X” indicate that data has been entered. 26

28 10. Organization Admin User Data Entry Tracking Report Purpose: Identifies who input the data entry per facility and for the agency for each month of the year. Process: Select your organization and a reporting year Format: Excel file showing the jurisdiction and facilities (rows) and each month of the selected year (columns). Cells contain the UserID for the person who entered the data for a particular month 28

30 Downloading the Database Purpose - To enable agency to: Conduct more detailed analyses, Control multiple factors, and Generate non-standard reports not generated by the system Format - Database downloads into Excel (.xls) Options: Select All Data for All Organizations, All Data for Your Organization, or A specific month of your organization’s data Analyses can programmed in Excel, Access, SPSSx, etc. for the agency’s use. 30
