9. Why a SRT in Turkey? We have a very huge, dedicated and determined exchange team! We are experienced in organizing both national and international trainings & meetings! We have experienced trainers that takes responsibility in both national and international levels, and also in important positions. We love hosting guests and our hospitality is famous! We want our friends to get a good training and have fun in our beloved country. We believe in these meetings are the major sources of motivation. 10. When? 19-22 May 2011 We chose this date for many reasons: It is just before the summer, the main period of exchanges. The meeting will be held in a perfect period that is after the GA & EuRegME. So it will help exchange team members to keep their motivation high. Also, doesn't overlap with other international events. 19th of May is a bank holiday in Turkey. So it will help organization committee to set everything perfectly.

11. Where? Istanbul Istanbul is a great city connecting Asia and Europe as a bridge not just geographically but also cultural and historically. The local committee of Yeditepe (Istanbul) will be the host. They are a very motivated LC offering really good accomodation and boarding. Also, the training grounds will be well resourced. Istanbul is a huge city with 13 million and offer amazing social life that you can't imagine. Istanbul has two big airports and have direct flight from the most of the airports not just in Europe but the whole World. You can find cheap flights to Istanbul any time of the year.
