5. Why We Stand Out Criterion 1: Articulation and Evidence of Outcomes COE established SLOs based on research-based best practice. The SLOs are published multiple ways. Assignments and assessments were developed based on the SLOs and in collaboration with school partners. COE developed rubrics for consistent implementation of assessments. COE uses a complex electronic data collection system through LiveText to collect data at all levels.
