9 Pupils must have their name tags sewn onto their school uniform Pupils taking PE will be allowed to wear their PE attire for the day SCHOOL REGULATIONS Wearing the school tie every Monday and on important / special occasions Attire is white shirt, khaki shorts, white socks and school shoes

11 IN THE INTEREST OF THE SAFETY OF OUR PUPILS DROP OFF OR PICK UP SECURITY PASS MAKE A PRIOR APPOINTMENT OUT OF BOUNDS CANTEEN FOOD QUARRELS AND FIGHTS SCHOOL INSURANCE POLICY

12 Parents can accompany their children to the respective classrooms and leave the school after their children are in class. Parents may visit during the P1 recess from 10.00 am to 10.30 am and leave the school at the end of the recess. Primary 4 pupils will be assigned as buddies to the P1 pupils during recess for the first week. First Day @ School

13 Parents are to indicate to the teachers-in- charge the means by which their sons will be taken home after school: - by school bus - by private transport:  from the Foyer  from the Side Gate  from the Field Gate Dismissal

14 P1 pupils are to assemble at the foyer. Their form teachers will be there to lead them to their classes. Parents are not allowed in during P1 recess or after school. Second and Third Day of School

15 Small group of professional staff Meet on a regular basis Discuss referred pupils who are experiencing school related difficulties Intention is to make recommendations to support the pupil’s learning needs

16 1. Maintain a database of all children with special educational needs who attend St. Stephen’s 2. Collect information on referral cases 3. Facilitate Special Exam Accommodation requests 4. Provide Transition Support 5. Facilitate referrals to outside agencies

17 School Family Education (SFE) was launched in 2002 by the MCYS (Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports). St. Stephen’s School embarked on SFE in April 2010. SFE adopts a holistic family learning model: - To equip parents with effective parenting skills - To train them to be parent facilitators - To help school staff to enhance their family life - To provide students with life skills training.
