Grievance Redressal Mechanism Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India  The UT has established a grievance redressal system at district level in the office of the Education Oficer, (DP), Silvassa Schools are instructed to contact the CEO/ EO((DPO) /A.O.(DP) and A.E.O.(DP) for redressal of grievances which are immediately attended to and issues resolved.

Best Practices  Training has been organised for cook cum helpers.  Children of all the castes and communities sit together and have meals in a spirit of camaradeie without any feeling of resentment towards one another.  All the Children wash hands and say prayers before meals.  Teachers are actively involved in the Supervision of meals and a visitors book is maintained properly.
