Ingredients 200 g butter 1,5 dl sugar 3 dl flour 1 egg 0,75 dl milk 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla sugar 3-4 apples cinnamon and sugar

Instructions Melt the butter. Mix the butter with sugar. Add the flour not baking powder. Flour should be put at a little bit at a time, because the dough shouldn´t be too hard. Take a cup and put some of the dough in to it. It will be sprinkled on to the bake ready pie. Now put the egg, milk, baking powder and vanilla sugar in to the bowl.

Instructions Mix them hard with a spoon. The dough is flowing, so it doesn´t stay in the bowl, but it isn´t liquid. Pour the dough in to a buttered pie tin and put some apple pieces on top of it. You can use any kind of apple you have at home. If the apples are too tart you should put more sugar.

Instructions Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of the pie. Now take the dough out of the cup and put it on top of the pie. Bake the pie in 200°C about 30 minutes. It´s best if it´s served with vanilla cream or ice cream. Made by Jere Kannosto
