We have been keeping accurate attendance records this fiscal year. 13. Chapter Overview 12 May 2005 North Star Chapter PM 13 Our Speaker Harvey Taipale is a Program manager at Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors - Tactical Systems in Eagan Minnesota. He is currently responsible for pursuing new system infrastructure business using rugged COTS products. He has been involved in the use of COTS solutions for military applications for the past 10 years. Over his career of 38 years, he has held various engineering, management and business development positions and worked on programs for the Navy, Army, Air Force, FAA and Postal Service, as well as international programs in Japan, Germany, and the UK. Harvey has a BS degree in Math and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
