Solving the Problem Districts and agencies have historically been challenged with keeping track of foster youth – Challenges with district moves, academic records, changes in status, etc. – Lack of communication channels between partners Opportunity: LCFF – Funding now tied to identified foster youth FosterVision System

Solutions, Project Design Needed: A clearinghouse to gather district and agency data in one place, then deliver it in a secure, web-based environment Needed: A means to ensure data is kept up- to-date (source data) Nothing new here in terms of data sharing, just a MUCH more efficient delivery system.
