(GES) Heavy Machinery Handling Suggestions to save you time and money: 1.LOADING: Please ensure your trucks are loaded friendly for removal (i.e. on at least 4”- 6” blocking, fork pockets turned to side of trailer bed). 2.SKIDDING & BOXES: Requires additional work to remove. Either leave skidding on equipment or reduce their use. AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR AT ALL TIMES. 3.PLANNING: Plan your work prior to the start of our service in order to minimize the time necessary to unload your machinery. This will save you both time and money. 4.EQUIPMENT PLACEMENT: Take the time to be sure of the exact final location of your machinery BEFORE WE BEGIN. Relocation of machinery is costly to you.

(GES) Move-Out Plan for a smooth move-out:  Review all invoices prior to move-out  Pack and label all outbound materials  Turn in a GES Bill-of-Lading to the GES Exhibitor Service Centre – Material Handling Desk  If using an outbound carrier other than TWI Group Inc., confirm pick-up details with your carrier directly

This link can also be found on the SHOWTECH Fact Sheet.Electrical Safety Authority  For any unapproved electrical equipment, please visit the Electrical Safety Authority website, or link on our SHOWTECH Fact Sheet, to direct you to the Application to Show or Application to Energize forms.  When submitting booth layouts, please double check and indicate booth direction.  If you have ordered a special connection, the NEMA number of the plug will be helpful or bring your own female connector.  All electrical services and connections must be approved by SHOWTECH.  Please review SHOWTECH’s Terms and Conditions on the back of the Electrical Order Form.  Bring copies of all paperwork, orders, booth drawings, etc.  Adhere to your scheduled move-in time.
