An award in 4 sections: Volunteering Physical Skills Expedition With help from teachers, you will organise and complete these 4 sections.

Be committed Attend every Wednesday Get a DofE notebook or jotter to keep a note of what happens in meetings Take part in the expedition Update your eDofE profile every week

Fill out your enrolment form Planning your Award Think about what you would like to do in each of the 4 areas, taking one aspect at a time. Make a to-do list for how you are going to organise each part.

What kind of places can you volunteer? How often should you be volunteering? How do you organise a volunteer placement? Look up the place on the internet Find a contact person Email or phone them Explain who you are and why you would like to volunteer Explain the days you are free to volunteer Arrange a time you can go to meet the contact Arrange your volunteering placement

What sports do you do already or would you like to start something new? How can you show progress? Where can you take part in your chosen sport/physical activity? Who can supervise you? How can you contact them?

What new skill would you like to learn? How can you show that you have become better in that skill? Where can you take part in your chosen skill activity? Who can supervise you? How can you contact them?
