4 Open House Details  Friday, March 1st Field Trip Day: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Saturday, March 2nd Community Day: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Night of Open Door: 4:00 – 9:00 p.m.  Volunteer/Exhibitor Check-In  Physical Education East Building (PEBE) Next door (east side) of ASU Bookstore on Orange Mall  Parking  Free on-campus parking on Saturday  Apache Boulevard Structure Recommended

8 Open House - More Details  Attire Comfortable, family-event appropriate Closed-toed shoes preferred Temperatures in mid-70’s  Lunch/Snacks  In PEBE (check-in location)  Snacks and bottled water provided!  Lunch provided to all 4+ hour volunteers  Storage  NOT available on-site for purses/valuables

9 Guidelines Be on time for your shift No unsupervised contact with children Be a positive role model Contact us if you are unable to volunteer, so your role can be filled. Have Fun!

10 Event Day Details  Check in at the Volunteer Registration Desk  Receive your assignment Point of contact, map, schedule, and name tag  Emergency procedures Call 911 if in doubt. First Aid at SRC Info Booth. Info Desks at Tyler/Palm Walk and SRC Expo Area Lead volunteers have radios. Code word “Ira.”  You’re ready to have fun!
