2 Welcome to Lockheed Martin The security and safety of our employees, our customers and our visitors is of the utmost importance. For your protection, it is vital that you observe all safety and security guidelines and policies while you are on Lockheed Martin property.

4 Purpose To provide our contractors and subcontractors with a high level overview of our facilities protection, environmental, safety and health requirements. The contractor manual provided to you during the award package and/or on site will communicate our specific requirements.

5 Facilities Protection Requirements
Observe and posted emergency evacuation and safe area maps If an alarm sounds, follow any verbal instructions immediately Contractors to account for all of their employees in the event of an emergency In case of severe weather, observe both posted and verbal weather information and warnings To report any safety, environmental or security emergency while you are in the facility please dial the emergency contact number provided to you on your ESH/Security visitor ID badge upon entrance to the facility

7 ESH Policy The Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) Policy of Missiles and Fire Control is to operate our facilities in a regulatory compliant, responsible manner that protects the environment and surrounding communities, commits to pollution prevention, conserves natural resources, and provides a safe and healthful workplace for employees, contractors, and visitors. This Policy Statement requires MFC employees to: Integrate ESH considerations into strategic business decisions, engineering design, procurement, facilities management and production Continually improve the environmental aspects and safety and health performance of our business and establish and review ESH goals in applicable performance measurements Cultivate ESH responsibility by all employees at all organizational levels and those who work on behalf of and under the control of the Company.

8 Safety and Health Requirements
Obey all posted signs and warnings Provide employees with personal protective equipment appropriate for the job being performed, in compliance with OSHA regulations Obey all posted speed limit signs and watch for pedestrians and industrial vehicles Confined space entries and lockout/tagout implementations must be coordinated with Lockheed Martin On-site supervisors should report all injuries to the LMMFC contract or ESH office, no matter how minor, immediately. Copies of reports of all injuries must be given to the ESH office and documentation elative to incident investigation(s). If you are visiting or working near one of our explosive production facilities, you should be aware of additional safety requirements and considerations. No matches, lighters, or other sparking devices are allowed The use of cellular or wireless telephones or two way radios is not allowed Follow all applicable federals, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations

9 Environmental Requirements
All hazardous materials and chemicals brought on site must be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet Water discharges, including outdoor runoff and waste disposals must be coordinated with a Lockheed Martin representative Do not pour chemicals down an indoor or outdoor drain, nor should you dispose of them in trash receptacles Follow recycling practices (paper, metals, cardboard, etc.). Immediately report any spills to the site emergency number DO NOT bring ozone depleting chemicals (refrigerants exempt) on-site DO NOT dig, trench, or remove soil without ESH approval DO NOT dispose of any chemicals, chemically soiled material, batteries, fluorescent/tube lamp/incandescent light bulbs, light ballasts, or petroleum products in trash container; contact the ESH office for disposal of all chemical waste
