Job Classification: PBU Site Supervisor Opening Date: 8/14/2015 Location: San Juan Generating Station Closing Date: 8/24/2015 Paygrade: paygrade 8, Salary 55K+doe, Exempt Mission & Values Our Mission – Creating opportunities and solutions with quality products and exceptional people Our Values – Profitability the right way… Integrity, Accountability, Excellence Primary Job Function Oversee, direct and manage all Safety and OSHA related requirements, the daily operations and personnel at the San Juan Facility or any other designated facility as set forth by management. Oversee all billing, production, quality control, customer orders, maintenance, purchasing, bulk shipments and inventory control for San Juan and any other designated facility, operation or distribution terminal as designated. The San Juan Supervisor will report directly to the PBU Operations Manager. Essential Physical Requirements Wear all required safety equipment including but not limited to hardhats, safety glasses, safety harness, ear plugs, dust masks and gloves Operate mobile and fixed equipment in a safe manner Climb ladders and stairs to elevations of 100’ or more as required Capable of doing repetitious arm, hand and leg motion Work in confined spaces with low clearance requiring bending or kneeling Able to lift weights of up to 94 lbs. Work in inclement weather as required Stand or sit at control panels or computer workstations for extended periods of time Capable of hearing alarms and changes in noise levels for safety purposes Required and predictable attendance Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Three years experience in fly ash operations with experience in a supervisory capacity or equivalent Possess a thorough knowledge of coal combustion products production, product specifications, departmental policies and procedures Possess a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software in order to perform all data entry as required Extensive knowledge in the areas of pneumatics, hydraulics and conveying systems Familiar with 480 V. electrical systems and be capable of changing out motors up to 300 HP Capable of troubleshooting all electrical and mechanical problems Perform lab testing and oversee product quality control incidental to the classification of coal combustion products Possess a complete knowledge and understanding of HMI and PLC control systems and be capable of troubleshooting these systems in order to ensure no interruption of operations, processing and truck loading Possess a complete knowledge of impact and truck scale calibration and certifications and ensure compliance based upon state department of weights and measures Possess a complete knowledge of State, County and Federal Air Quality permit requirements and complete proper documentation and training to fulfill these requirements Possess a complete knowledge and understanding of classification systems, positive and negative airflows, instrument readings, differential pressures and process flow Possess the ability to initiate Capital Budget Projects, develop Capital Asset Requisitions develop project scopes, obtain bids and coordinate these projects through to completion Possess exceptional organizational skills in all aspects of daily operations, products, tools and spare parts inventory management Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Must be able to multi-task and possess exceptional time management skills

Job Classification: PBU Site Supervisor Opening Date: 8/14/2015 Location: San Juan Generating Station Closing Date: 8/24/2015 Paygrade: paygrade 8, Salary 55K+doe, Exempt Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate a safety program at designated facilities, including carrying out weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring compliance of all Utility Site and SRMG procedures, rules and regulations Train and motivate all Facility Operators to ensure an efficient, safe, stable and cooperative workforce in compliance with company policies and procedures, standard practices and work rules; as well as, all applicable government regulations pertaining to safety and environmental control at San Juan and all other designated facilities Is responsible for directing all non-exempt employees and operations of the San Juan facility or any other designated facilities Train and motivate all operators to ensure an efficient, safe, stable and cooperative workforce in compliance with company policies and procedures, standard practices and work rules; as well as, all applicable government regulations pertaining to safety and environmental control at San Juan and all other designated facilities Supervise and coach employees according to company policies Oversee employee progress, upgrades and reviews according to company policy Oversee and supervise all plant and mobile equipment maintenance for San Juan or any other designated facility to ensure minimal equipment downtime and a safe work environment for all employees and any other interacting plant personnel, vendors or subcontractors Coordinate, oversee and perform major mechanical, maintenance or equipment replacement projects at San Juan or any other designated facility Oversee and coordinate all billing, customer orders, inter-company and outer-company bulk shipments at San Juan or any other designated production or storage facility via rail or truck Coordinate truck and rail shipments to ensure adequate product inventories at all designated facilities Oversee coal combustion products production, quality control and inventory control at San Juan or any designated facility Effectively manage and maintain the relationship between the Company and the Operating Utility (PNM) at San Juan or any other designated facility to ensure a stable and symbiotic relationship Effectively manage and maintain the relationships between the Company and any associated distribution terminals, designated facilities, trucking companies and customers Weekend and off-hour call outs must be handled as required Perform and oversee clean up duties to maintain a safe work environment as needed Responsible for verification of current and correct Certificates of Insurance for all truckers, customers, contractors and vendors at designated facilities Responsible for initiating and following through with all criteria set forth in the companies document retention policy Direct the Maintenance Foreman to ensure all mobile and fixed equipment is maintained per manufacture and preventative maintenance schedules Maintain and oversee all communication, control hardware and software and data devices such as company cell phones, monitors, HMI’s, PC’s, PLC’s, etc. to ensure no communications or control system breakdowns occur Coordinate and obtain approval for any changes of these devices with the PBU Operations Manager Communicate any production, quality and maintenance concerns that could affect sales with the PBU Operations Manager Perform any other duties incidental to this classification Internal Applicants - Apply online@ MySRMG/Human Resources/ HR Forms complete an Internal Transfer Application and send to dpeters@srmaterials.comdpeters@srmaterials.com or fax 480-850-4317.
