M2 and TNOS Two Great Databases, One Great Sale!
The M2 System makes the volunteer’s role very easy by prompting users with progress s! Access TNOS via M2! The Trophy Nut Order System (TNOS) is our delivery, report, and finance/banking resource TNOS is updated automatically by M2 to include all online orders!

What is M2? M2 is our online storefront where all online orders are processed. This is where girls create their personal sales page, Me2 Avatar, and Virtual Room! Girls are automatically downloaded to the Trophy Nut Order System (TNOS) from M2 into their appropriate troops where you can keep track of all online orders easily! Hi! We are Me2 Avatars! We live in M2 and help your girls have a fun and successful Fall Sale Experience!

Nut Promise vs. Online Orders
Customers have options when purchasing nuts and candy! If they choose the Convenience shipping option, they will have different shipping methods to choose from based on the types of products in their order. Remember, magazines can only be ordered in the online system.

M2 The M2 system automatically sends an to the Troop Fall Product Sale Manager that provides a link to get started and enables password set up Once logged in, the TFPM will be able to manage their Troop Dashboard This dashboard provides a snapshot of participation and sales for the entire troop. If a TFPM manages more than one troop, they can select the troop they wish to view The TNOS system is also easily accessed through this Troop Dashboard

How Do Parents Use M2? With the help of a parent, girls can:
Set up their very own personalized profile Create their very own Me2 Avatar! Create their own Me2 online storefront Invite customers to shop by choosing to send one of several pre-populated s Post personal photos and videos Track sales Enter “Paper Orders” from their order cards Visit their Virtual Room to view rewards earned and the Avatars of fellow troop members Customers for whom girls/parents have entered s to earn the “Online” patch will be sent s at pre-set intervals during the sale to remind them to place their order… cool!

Creating a Personalized Sales Flyer in M2
It’s easy! Simply click on the “Personalized Sales Flyer” button on the girl’s account home page and select “Print” in the top right corner when the flyer pops up. You can also save this flyer and share it electronically!

How Do Troop Fall Product Managers (TFPMs) Use M2?
Create a Me2 Avatar that girls can view from their Virtual Rooms Upload a video viewed by friends and family contacted by girls in your troop Enter “Paper Orders” that parents have not yet entered Enter TNOS via the <Nut Tally System> link on the Troop Dashboard View troop sales entered online by customers and parents Initial screen when the troop leader first logs on.

How Do Service Unit Fall Product Managers (SUFPMs) Use M2?
View troop sales entered by customers, parents, and TFPMs Enter missing “Paper Orders” after TFPMs get locked out of the M2 system Enter TNOS via the <Nut Tally System> link on the Service Unit Dashboard Manage Service Unit and Troop level volunteers Create a Me2 Avatar that can be viewed by others online After initial set up, these are screens the SUFPM will be using often to add volunteer members and view sale figures.

Lock Out Dates The M2 system uses a tiered lock-out process to easily and efficiently move orders forward. PARENTS can enter paper orders until midnight on 10/11. Paper Orders are entered as a total number, not individually by customer. Parents can continue entering tee sizes after this lock-out date TFPMs can then edit paper orders and tee sizes through midnight on 10/12 SUFPMs can then edit paper orders and tee sizes through midnight on 10/13 Fall Product Team can then make edit paper order and tee sizes before submitting final orders to Trophy Nut on 10/15

M2 Set-Up By 9/15: all registered girls, troops, IRM “troop” numbers, and SUFPMs will be uploaded By 9/18: SUFPM adds TFPM information to each existing troop If troop number is missing, contact *Separate s are necessary for volunteers who are also parents to manage troop, SU, and girl accounts By 9/25: TFPMs invite parents via to create girl account

Adding Troops, Girls and IRMs
Report missing troops to PARENTS add missing girls to existing troop numbers TFPMs can add girl orders by using the “Add Paper Order” option Girl rosters are viewed in TNOS IRMs will be assigned an IRM “troop” number and then use the “I don’t see my name” option to begin

Selecting or Adding a Girl
Parents will select the girl’s name from the drop down menu in Step 2 to set up her profile. If the parent does not see the girl’s name listed, they can add that girl to her troop by selecting “I don’t see her name” and following the steps. Once her account has been set up, parents can help their girl do things like create her Me2 Avatar and customize the invitations they’ll send to family and friends!

Select Delivery Tickets in TNOS and print for troop distribution Count, Count, Count!!! Don’t let a troop take products without counting and signing a receipt Click Reports in TNOS and select Recognitions Earned by Troop

Money and Banking Troops deposit 100% of the sales into the troop bank account Overages in reported Fall Product funds will be credited as Care to Share donations IRMs and Troops without bank accounts will deposit money into the Girl Scouts of Western Washington Product Sales Account Contact for deposit slips Troops MUST enter all girl payments into the TNOS system Girl Scouts of Western Washington will automatically withdraw the amount owed to council from the troop account on 11/23 Online payments are accounted for and subtracted from the amount owed to council Withdrawals from troop accounts will be posted to TNOS as Payments to Council

How To Enter Girl Payments
Choose the girl from the troop roster in TNOS Click on the Green Payment Summary and click Add ALWAYS enter M2 to get to TNOS!

Outstanding Debts and Bounced Checks
Outstanding Debts must be reported via to by 10/18 Hard copies of debt reports and documentation must also be included in the troop envelope Changes to NSF Policy for 2015 Troops are responsible for bounced checks and related fees Troops can choose to use a collection agency to recover bounced check fees

How To Help Girls Succeed
Spread the word to troops early and often! Create your Me2 Avatar! Encourage TFPMs to create their Me2 Avatar! Encourage girls to participate online! Encourage troops and girls to load videos onto their online storefronts! Encourage girls to try magazine sales! Don’t forget to have FUN!
