3. What is “Literacy Rate?” What is “Standard of Living?” Is there a relationship between these two things? The amount of people in a country (over the age of 15) that can read & write. Usually given in a percentage. EX→ The Literacy Rate in the U.S.A. was 99% in 2003 The economic level of success achieved by a country. It is based on the availability of resources, such as: education, transportation, technology, healthcare, & other needs Yes…. Usually.
