God is not the ultimate cause of the flood. Humanity’s destructive sin is the cause of the flood.
God cares for humanity and all of creation. He does not bring evil and destruction to creation; humanity does so when we stray from His will.

SOME FACTS:
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is the Word made Flesh.
There is no greater Word and no greater Word can ever be conceived.
Jesus is our instruction manual for interpreting all creation and its final end.

11. The Transmission of Divine Revelation
Jesus Christ commanded the Apostles to tell all people and all nations what they had heard and seen regarding the salvation of God.
This handing on, or transmission, of the truths that Jesus Christ taught is known as Sacred Tradition.

12. Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition
“There are so many other things that Jesus did, but if these were to be described individually, I do not think the whole world would contain the books that could be written.” (John 21:25)
What is dogma?
The deposit of faith includes all the truth contained in Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition.
It is entrusted to the Magisterium.
