4. The higher Life (Immortal) subdues a lower life (Mortal)
II CORINTHIANS 5:4
4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

5. COLOSSIANS 3:3 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Excuse this expression: I told my wife here not long ago that she--both getting old, and I said to her--I said, "Do you love me like you used to?"
She said, "I certainly do."
And I said, "You know, I love you so much till I would like to take you and pull you inside of me, so we could just be really be one." Boy, now that... Multiply that by a hundred million, and then you'll find out how that the believer who falls in love with Christ wants to get into Him, because it's a love. And here He's going to show us how that through these promises we might be partakers of Christ's Divine nature. These mortal bodies, how that we can be partakers...

6. Perfect Love I CORINTHIANS 13:8-10
8 ¶ Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

7. God could not let Enoch go

What was the fourth? The Word. What? The Word.

9. Faith is not our emotion

E Now upon the basis of... It's not no sensation, see. Sensations won't work. See, I've had--I've had sensations sometimes that I feel so bad I didn't know whether I was even a servant of God or not. But it ain't that. It's the Word. Jesus defeated the devil on the Word of God, see. That's where... it ain't how I feel; it's what I believe.

E Now, listen now, the brethren's setting here, if that boy was a good boy, there come a certain day (Oh, my.), a certain day, till there was a ceremony held for that boy. And that boy was taken out into the public square and was put on a certain royal robe. And they performed, the father did, performed the performance of adoption. And he adopted his own son, that had been born.
Now, when you receive the Holy Ghost, that's one thing you're born, but now for the ceremony of adoption. Then he adopted this boy into his family, and they had a ceremony. Now, if they'd write checks, anything that boy did, was just as good--his name was just as good on the check as his father's, after that adoption. He was heir after the adoption.
