9. 2009 Volatile Organic Compound Emissions-Remake Regulations Require DPR to Establish a Fumigant Limit for NAA that Exceed 80% of the Pesticide VOC Benchmark. Data derived from a calculation involving 1991 emissions and will use non- fumigant emissions for 2007 to determine the fumigant limit for 2009

10. VOC Regulations To reduce VOC’s by 20%, DPR has focused on limiting fumigant emissions, implementing regulations that prohibit higher emitting application methods SJ Valley NAA would have been impacted by the fumigant limit
