7. Test reports n The laboratory may report in a simplified way. n Any data not reported from 5.10.2, 5.10.3 and 5.10.4 must be present in the labs record system. n All reports issued during the accreditation period may be reviewed by the auditor.

8. A2LA application n Need a owned copy of ISO 17025. n Go to the A2LA web site for application materials n Fill out the ISO 17025 check list

10. Day of the Audit n Have all records required by 17025 available at the site of the review. Note:An asterisk (*) in the comments section indicates that the assessor must document the specific objective evidence reviewed in association with that requirement. Objective evidence information is mandatory for those clauses.

11. Day of the Audit cont. n Have both the internal audit results and management review minutes available. n Have at least one test report and test plan if required by the test available for each test on the scope. n On reaccredidation be sure to have performance histories up to date.
