Fats Provides essential fatty acids and energy. Helps your body absorb Vitamins A, D and E. 4type - Polyunsaturated fatty acids ex:(vegetable oils) - Monounsaturated fatty acids ex:(olive oil) - Saturated fatty acids ex:(coconut) - Trans fatty acids ex:(beef, fish)
