Click on the “+” to the left of Real Estate, and then once again. Then click in the box to the left of “Real Estate Management and Development” and click on “Add Criteria” in the lower right. 4.Then under General Transaction Details click on “Transaction Dates”. 5.Then select Date Type: “Closed/Registration Effective” and choose Date Range “Last 6 months” from the pull-down menu. Then click on “Add Criteria” in lower right. 6.To view results, click on “Total Matching Transactions” at the bottom of the Criteria and Results list. 7.The results of the search will then appear.
