What is a Definition of Encumbered Territory? According to Law, encumbered territory implies a territory where restrictions of ownership land-use rights are set

ISET Data Content Upe encumbered territory and its border (223 types of territories) object which requires protection zone (125 kinds of objects)

Implementation of ISET and Data Submission Initially Data holder submits data starting from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 ISET is implemented within project „Development and implementation of State Land Service geospatial data GIS” co-financed by European Reconstruction and Development Fund (ERDF) ISET is to be implemented until December 31, 2013

Automatic Update of Encumbered Territory, Following Changes in Regulatory Enactments ISET automatically draws border of protected zone 7meters from the outer wire of the overhead lines of electric power ISET automatically redraws border of protected zone at a distance of 15 meters from the axis of the electric power line following the changes in regulatory enactments
