Gammon Academy Our mission is "To provide commercial advantage for the business, by developing distinctive levels of capability in its staff and business partners." The Gammon Academy provides training for all staff members, business partners and others whose capabilities materially promote the success of the Gammon business. The major services provided by Gammon Academy include curriculum and course design, scheduling of training calendar, Train-the-Trainer Programme, course validation, quality endorsement of non Academy training programmes, company orientation programme, scheduling and reservations for attendance at Academy courses, database of internal and external training activities, Toastmasters Club, Career Development Plan for Hong Kong, Singapore & Shenzhen Staff. Each year, staff members are accountable for their continuous learning through their involvement in mandatory courses.
