11. Check condition of hose test machine. Make sure caps are on fire hose outlet connection Pressure up to 10% higher than service test needed. 330 Hold pressure for 3 minutes with pump off. TEST OF MACHINE DONE

12. Time to test hose Apply nozzle to no more than 300 ft of hose. Charge hose to 45 psi, make sure to discharge air from line. Check all couplings tighten with spanner. Raise pressure no more than 15psi per sec. until desired pressure is reached. Allow 1 minute of stabilization per 100ft Hold service test pressure for 3 minutes
