And how it ENDS Club Stout
2
Bullying Online As you know teenagers don’t only get bullied at school but online, too. Teenagers can get bullied on Kik, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
3
How do you know? How do you know you are getting bullied online? Talk with your table group/partners.
4
What bullying looks like at Stout? Verbal bullying, physical bullying, and cyberbullying.
5
Religion In the world a lot of people have a different religion. We all are the SAME, but people don’t think that, sometimes! That’s one reason people may be bullied or even killed!
6
Why does Bullying happen? This, sometimes, happens because people feel the need to get their anger out someway/somehow and that way is by bullying someone.
7
Being bullied in a different language. At Stout, boys and girls are being bullied in a different language. For example, I have seen many students getting bullied in a language they don’t understand. That might be Arabic or even English.
8
Prejudice/Racism At Stout A lot of bullies bully the victim with racism. Racism is when people put others down because of their background or their skin color. They might make rude comments, jokes or insults like “white girl,” “boater” or using “the n word.” This is one of the most HURTFUL forms of bullying.
9
Incredible comebacks Bully: “You’re so ugly!” Victim's comeback: “ I'm sorry you feel that way!” Bully: “ Your mom is so ugly!” Victim's comeback: “I'm sorry you feel that way!” Bully: “No one wears those shoes anymore!” Victims comeback: “I'm sorry you feel that way!”
10
Before we go! Before we go, you will talk with your table groups about what you learned today! Each table will share ONE important item about stopping bullying Thanks for having us today! Have a wonderful day!
