DIRECTIONS: Counselors will meet with students during their English class to complete their schedule online during the week of February 23 – 27. COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO THIS MEETING! Students should bring this completed form with them on that day. Students should see their current teacher for the highlighted areas to determine level/course recommendations. Any of the courses that are listed with an * on the “Course Electives” listing on the back of this worksheet need teacher approval. Some courses require a pre-requisite course, please refer to the Course Description Catalog online for this information. Students cannot have more than one Study Hall during a school day; therefore the maximum number of “Study Hall” semesters that can be chosen is 2.
