INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure your gun is UNLOADED before you use this dry fire Slide Show. This is intended to help you practice dry- firing in your home. Clear your gun. Make sure it is not loaded and place any ammunition in another room (this includes any loaded magazines). Place your PC monitor or laptop “which you are willing to destroy” in front of a SAFE backstop. Stand back about 10 feet from the monitor. Have pistol holstered and hand at your side. Have extra EMPTY magazines available. Cock the hammer for the first shot. When you see the image on the screen draw and fire. For multiple targets/images pull the trigger (for single action guns you will have to pretend the hammer is dropping). You will be instructed to re-holster before the next target appears. PRESS F5 to begin the slideshow. The slide show will cycle through approximately 35 slides and then loop back. Press ESC to exit. Feel free to add pages, pictures, and additional exercises. Please share your additions and improvements by posting your revised PPT to the www.nwppaonline.org forum.www.nwppaonline.org Stay Safe, Practice, and Enjoy.
