3. Contingencies – SPECTRA >During the shutdown period, the ACMA will be conducting the final data migration, deploying the final code and making final checks and tests. >In the event that unacceptable system or performance issues are identified, contingencies include: >Extend the shutdown for a short period >Restart RADCOM and associated systems

4. Contingencies – Licensing >During the shutdown period, the ACMA will not be able to issue radiocommunications licences through either RADCOM or SPECTRA. >The ACMA will be able to manually issue licences if need be and will consider whether to do so if circumstances warrant >For example, there is an emergency or an urgent licensing requirement that could not have been anticipated. >Routine licence applications will not be processed during the shutdown period.
