Don’t go high-tec when oldschool will serve your purposes Twitter and Facebook may be all the hype but might not be best choice for your purposes. Mailing-list aimed at professional users. Once a month. Don’t expect people to come to you – provide THEM with information
21
Open up! You want to gain more attention? You want to look more proactive? Open up all social networks for all employes Deploy ”Phadia Code of Conducts” with a lot of tips HOW TO behave and only a few actual regulations. The more they talk, the more people will know. Have the staff take a survey to find out how THEY would like to act
22
Find your ambassadors! You have staff that live and die for Phadia Find them, nurture them, make them feel special Give them the necessary tools for being Ambassadors - Let them blog - Let them tweet if they like to
23
Global vs local Create a global flowing structure – everything that Global says have to be reprinted locally -> Not unique Global decides on big issues and Local has to follow -> Not unique Global creates Code of Conduct-document
24
All your domains Highly ranked in Google? Do a standardized page, post on all domains and link to Phadia.com or local sites. Analyze all om them – keep the ones with high value, drop the rest.
25
Future Do an in-depth analysis of your competitors - How do they communicate? - What tools do they use? - How visible are they? - How much press / blogposts / tweets are they getting?
