4 Survey Facts Sample Size = 135 Respondents = 32 Response Rate = 23.70% The purpose of this survey was to update information on the issue of local payments to hotels, sporting events, convention centers, and other venues by our operating members AGTA Airport Landside Management Study 2005

14 Conclusions from Survey Non-airport fees by airport oriented ground transportation operators are not a matter of serious concern at this time Exception appears to be State of California  Fees ranging as high as 50% of ticket price can be found  Fees in range of 30% of passenger ticket are common  Problems appear to be with individual drivers and illegal gratuities (now referred to as “Bellmen Stimulus Packages”)
