12. Pharmoutcomes Local Authority unlike the NHS is not exempt from VAT, the local authority also require a vat invoice submitted for each payment. We have 2 options 1.Purchase orders would be raised and submitted to Public Health Contract and Quality Team for accuracy and accreditation checking, these would then be returned in order for an invoice to be raised by the pharmacy 2.A web based claims system for Community Pharmacist
