2 Purpose and objectives The IMI is the professional association for the automotive retail sector  Established in 1920  Patron - HRH Prince Michael of Kent  Over 19,000 members  2010 Annual Dinner was attended by c. 400 industry professionals  Key products and services include Motor Industry Magazine (10 editions p/a)  Governing body for Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) & Automotive Management Accreditation (AMA)  Autocity – careers information and advice website for individuals, employers, careers advisors etc  Skillmiles - a reward and recognition scheme for employers  Skillauto – skills competitions to find the best of the best in our sector  Headlight - a schools programme to encourage young people to join our industry  4 Nation activity - a team of National Managers who liaise with motor industry bodies and employers

3 To include Pre-event:  Prominent position on the IMI Annual Dinner 2011 website (home page - 56,000 unique views Jan-Jun 2010)  x2 full page print ads in Motor Industry Magazine (circ 20,367) (rate card value £2950 x2 = £5900)  Sponsors logo on the booking form  Sponsors logo on the menu card  Sponsors logo on the invitation  Sponsors logo on all Annual Dinner advertisements in Motor Industry Magazine  2000 Skillmiles credited to sponsor account At event:  1x table at the Annual Dinner (12 guests) - table will carry signage to include “supported by” and the sponsors logo  Promotional banner in the foyer on arrival  Sponsors logo to appear as part of the staging at the dinner  Sponsors logo on the wallpaper during video interviews and presentation photographs  Manned stand space (3x3msq) in the pre-dinner drinks reception  Allocated seating for a Senior Executive from sponsoring company on an IMI hosted VIP table  Allocated IMI manager to provide guest introductions and use of the photographer for photos  Verbal acknowledgement for the platinum sponsor only at prize giving Exclusive Platinum package - £25k

4 Exclusive Platinum package £25k cont. Post event:  Prominent presence on the IMI Annual Dinner 2011 video, plus a personalised version of the video featuring an introduction by the sponsor. This can be reused by the sponsor for their own promotional activity.  The film will appear on the IMI homepage for 2 weeks and remain on the site, available in perpetuity in the IMI video archive  Post event photos which will appear in the gallery online and in Motor Industry Magazine  Sponsored link on one edition of each of the IMI e - newsletter series: Torque – employer monthly newsletter (circ – 12,000) Drive Forward – training provider monthly newsletter (circ – 1200) IMI Member Newsletter (circ 10,000)  Membership to the IMI (x5) - subject to verification of current competency
