Foreign investment law in ‘91 permits establishment of enterprises with foreign participation without limit. Similar investor protection, more transparency in public administration above OECD standards. 2. Technical regulations and standards: Exporters benefit from a liberal trading regime, in line with EU stipulations (Reference: Dun & Bradstreet Limited, 2011)

Customs clearance Declaration processing system ‘COMPLEX’ Free of charge web-based customs declarations system since May 2006
