To what extent Vocab * able to read the words correctly and comfortably (by imitating the tape) * read & write the words till they feel confident about both form & meaning * group the words in meaningful ways if possible

Texts *Understand the text thoroughly: every and each sentence as well as the main idea *be able to read aloud the text properly & comfortably ( stress, intonation,tone) *say the important sentences fluently or recite them ( 书读百遍,其义自见。读过 60 遍没有记不住的。如果发现没有语言学习价值,坚决舍 弃。跳出教材体系可能会更好地提高教学质量)
