At Le Petit Jamaique, we pledge to provide the best quality and unparalleled customer service as we strive to gain the respect and trust of our customers, suppliers and partner vendors. We strive to become a renowned restaurant and serve the best of fusion cuisine. We aim for a French- Jamaican style of cooking, blending the sultry wines and haut French cuisine with spicy, exotic, Jamaican style cuisine.

Wait staff and Bartenders To provide a quality service to exceed our customers’ highest expectations at all times so as to enhance and maintain the reputation of the company. Chef and cooks To provide the highest quality food to astound our customers’ taste buds so as to enhance and maintain the reputation of the company. Manager To ensure employees are performing their jobs the way they should be and to ensure all operations in the company are running according to plan.

Promotions 1 st after three months when employees are given a set salary rather than weekly payroll Every six months employees will be assessed and promotions and salary increases will be decided

Salary and payroll Salaries will be paid to the employees who have been with the company for a minimum of three months and will be paid according to degree, and performance, and reliability. Payroll will be done weekly according to the number of hours worked by employees who are not under contract. Workers on payroll will receive 3.50 per hour minimum and contract employees will receive a minimum of 4.25 per hour.
