What is Commerce Manager at the University of Mary Washington? A tool for the University to: Allow departments to offer customers the ability to pay on line with credit card and/or eCheck for a University hosted event Quickly set up and meet department commerce needs in-house for state and local funds only Reduce fraud, risk and possible PCI issues Centralize campus commerce

UMW utilizes QuikPay, a product of Nelnet Business Solutions EaglePay allows students, parents and third parties to: Make online payments in full for tuition, fees, housing and meals Sign up for payment plans and pay monthly online for tuition and related costs Commerce Manager allows customers to: make online credit card and eCheck payments for conferences, seminars, workshops, athletic camps, concerts, etc.

Commerce Manager works by Capturing and processing payment information entered online by customers Capturing up to ten fields of specific information requested by the department-Attendee’s Name, Email address, Phone Number, High School, Year in School, choices for sessions to attend, etc. Allowing specified staff to log in and pull reports from all or any of the information gathered for an event Allowing staff logins to be event specific
