Direct payment principles 8 What is a direct payment? To avoid service interruption in the rare case a customer is unable to reach their reseller, top-up purchases can be made by the customer as an emergency option on the Microsoft Azure Open portal via credit card. The Direct payment capability will be available shortly after launch.
