Timetable Cabinet / Committee reports late November / early December Executive Scrutiny Board 11 December 2014 Consultation December / January 2015 Formal approval sought through Borough Councils early 2015 Submit our “scheme” (our proposal) to the Secretary of State February / March 2015 Government begins drafting of Orders, involving our legal teams General Election May 2015 Government consultation and debates in both Houses of Parliament summer 2015 CA established possibly as early as October 2015
