11. Plan Ahead & Be Specific!!! Communicate your plans fully and in advance Be mindful of their time

12. Ask for Insight & Feedback This is what I want to accomplish & why This is how I envision your role How do WE make it happen? How do you recommend that I contact What did they think? What would they do to make it better? What can WE add or do different?

13. Acknowledge Their Contributions Send Thank You notes List their names on the website Acknowledge them in front of their piers and visitors
