Community Circle Norms: No put-downs no negative comments about others Active listening stay focused on what others are saying Mutual Respect show others how you want to be treated Do not interrupt no feedback or reaction to responses Right to Pass you can pass in the first rotation then respond the second time around Closing Appreciations & Connections done after the circle is complete Share: Read your Surely You Know Use projection so you are loud enough to be hear. What is Conformity? Objective I will organize causes and examples of conformity by creating CNs for one article and three videos.
